Cancellation Policy

We can't wait to create something wonderful with you! Each Kitchen and Canvas experience is thoughtfully planned, with limited seating, dedicated instructors, and ingredients and materials prepared specifically for our guests. Just like tickets to a theater performance or special event, your reservation secures a place in a unique, scheduled experience. All Sales Are Final. All class and workshop registrations are final sale. Tickets are nonrefundable, noncancelable, and nontransferable to another date or experience. Once a reservation is confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling for any reason related to a guest's inability to attend, including illness, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or changes in personal plans. This policy applies regardless of how far in advance a cancellation request is received. Ticket Transfers Can't make it? You're welcome to give your spot to a friend or family member! Tickets may be transferred to another eligible participant for the same scheduled experience. Please email **Hello@KitchenandCanvas.co** before the class with the replacement guest's name and contact information. Age requirements and any other participation restrictions still apply. Changes or Cancellations by Kitchen & Canvas While rare, Kitchen & Canvas may need to cancel or reschedule an experience due to insufficient enrollment, instructor emergencies, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your experience, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another available date or experience. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to menus, projects, instructors, or materials while preserving the overall nature and quality of your booked experience. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please plan to arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before your experience begins. Late arrivals may miss portions of the scheduled activities, and we cannot guarantee that missed instruction or activities can be repeated. Guests who do not attend their scheduled experience are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before booking. While we'll do our best to accommodate requests when possible, substitutions cannot always be guaranteed. Our kitchen utilizes shared equipment and ingredients, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
